Water, the playful and wondrous element that saturates our world. It is an essential resource, a source of life and enjoyment. To fully savor its benefits, a lot goes into it. Within the Water Technology & Resilience division of Royal HaskoningDHV, they ensure safe and sustainable water supply and the preservation of water quality.
Currently, they are seeking new talent to bolster their water engineering team. To further amplify this recruitment campaign, they have approached us to create an engaging video.
Within the Water Technology & Resilience department, they provide high-quality solutions in the field of water technology. They do this both in the Netherlands and in other parts of the world. Water engineering contributes to sustainable water purification and transportation systems for wastewater, drinking water, and industrial water. In this multidisciplinary team, they work on innovative projects in water treatment that are crucial for the future water transition.
To effectively reach the target audience of engineers with several years of experience in water engineering, water technology, industry, and civil engineering, a lot of brainstorming has gone into crafting the message. Why would they want to work in the Water Technology & Resilience department at Royal HaskoningDHV?
Ultimately, we focused on the combination of challenging and innovative projects, development opportunities, and the chance to collaborate within a passionate team of diverse disciplines. These emerged as the most distinctive points after the brainstorming sessions.
The video consists of two parts. Firstly, we see three engineers at three different client locations, highlighting the multidisciplinary nature of the work and their involvement in diverse and challenging projects. Additionally, the inspiring aspects of the engineer's work are visually portrayed. Then, we see the engineers together at the office, engaging in conversations and working collaboratively. This emphasizes the collaboration of various disciplines and expertise within the team. It also conveys an open atmosphere where the team supports each other's growth.
The video is subtitled. Subtitling videos is essential to effectively convey the video's message regardless of the viewer's environment. The full video was also used as a basis for recycling video content. Five short teasers were created from the entire video for use on social media.
