Alongside DWA, we opted for a concept in which existing employees warmly welcome new colleagues in a personal and heartfelt manner. No stiff text, but a story straight from the hearts of the employees for their new colleagues.

With this concept, the viewer gains an authentic understanding of the prevailing culture within the organization and the colleagues they will be working with. The video is deployed widely and ensures a successful onboarding experience for new employees.
