Video is an excellent tool to quickly introduce new colleagues to an organization in a pleasant way. By developing this online content, the onboarding process becomes easier, faster, and more efficient. For the engineering firm Royal HaskoningDHV, we have created a series of animation videos that ensure new colleagues not only receive a warm welcome but also can make a clear start.

It's understandable that a new employee wants explanations about the systems, organizational culture, brand promise, and processes within an organization. The sooner these aspects are clear, the quicker they can effectively take on their tasks. This way, they can integrate into the company in the best possible manner.
A total of eleven different animation videos were created, each covering a specific topic. These videos ensure that the information is effectively conveyed and give the new employee a sense of reassurance. The information is presented in simple and concise stories, making the message memorable. The characters Karen and Rob take their new colleagues on a virtual tour of the organization, giving the onboarding process a personal and friendly touch.
