For VieCuri Medical Center, we created a video with the aim of raising awareness among employees about the risks associated with their work. In this video, it's not just about presenting a list of rules, regulations, and prohibitions, but about refreshing the memory of the employees.
VieCuri Medical Center is a top clinical hospital, which means it offers specialized care and research in addition to general basic care. VieCuri Medical Center aims to provide high-quality care with a personal approach. The hospital has a team of qualified doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals dedicated to the health and well-being of their patients. In addition to clinical care, VieCuri Medical Center also focuses on education and research to continually improve medical knowledge and treatment methods, with a strong emphasis on safety in the workplace.
The video is intended to reiterate to employees the risks they may encounter in their work. In this way, all employees are trained and educated to perform their duties safely.
A deliberate choice was made for a light-hearted yet serious narrative style. The character Sophie acts as a speaker and addresses the employees directly. Sophie is a colleague with whom the employees can identify. She once again highlights the most common situations and explains how to handle them safely. Although most employees already know how to work safely, certain information may fade over time. This video serves as a reminder for viewers to stay alert and conscious in unsafe situations.
The goal of the video is to remind employees of the key safety measures and encourage them to always apply them. Through an accessible and recognizable narrative style, the message is effectively conveyed. Thus, the video contributes to a safe working environment for all employees of VieCuri Medical Center.
