In collaboration with the Odd Shop, we've created a short yet impactful video to explain what makes the ACM's digital debt collection toolkit unique and effective for debt counselors. This video aims to assist debt counselors in handling problematic situations often encountered with their clients, where collection agencies may not always adhere to the rules. Therefore, it's useful to first verify the claims before taking further action. Luckily, the ACM has developed a digital toolkit that can assist with this.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De digitale incassokit van ACM biedt schuldhulpverleners verschillende waardevolle functies. Het stelt hen in staat om nauwkeurig en effici\u00ebnt de vorderingen van cli\u00ebnten te controleren, wat van essentieel belang is bij het identificeren van onjuiste of onrechtmatige incasso’s. Bovendien bevat de toolkit handige tools en informatie waarmee schuldhulpverleners hun cli\u00ebnten effectiever kunnen bijstaan en de juiste stappen kunnen nemen om hun financi\u00eble situatie te verbeteren.<\/p>\n
